Shipping policy
Processing time
Many items ship the same or the next day. During busy periods it may take 3–5 business days to ship your order. Typically, orders placed Monday through Thursday ship within 1–2 business days, though at times it may take 3–5 business days. Orders placed on Friday will likely ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. Drops and other one-off collections may take longer than 3–5 business days to ship, though this is rare.
Shipping times
- Standard: 3–9 business days
- Expedited: 3–5 business days
Shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders are delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday through Friday. If shipping to a PO Box, you must select Standard.
Shipment tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
Changing your shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Lost or stolen packages
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact customer service at info@supplyclothing.co. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for international orders.
